YIAcademy ("us", "we", or "our") operates the iArchers mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").

This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.

We collect several different types of information for various purposes to provide and improve our Service to you.

• Full Name
• Club Name
• Age and Gender
• Bow Category/Equipment Details
• Profile Photo (optional)

Note: Most of this personal information is stored locally on your device and is used to personalize your training reports and profile.

Usage Data

We may also collect information on how the Service is accessed and used ("Usage Data"). This may include information such as your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, time spent on those pages, and other diagnostic data.

2. Permissions and Device Data

To provide specific features, the app requests the following permissions:

• Camera: To allow you to take photos of your targets and profile pictures.
• Storage (Media/Images): To save training reports as PDFs or images and to select existing photos from your gallery.
• Vibrate: To provide haptic feedback during use.

3. Third-Party Services

We use third-party Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service:

• Firebase Analytics: A web analytics service provided by Google Inc. that tracks and reports app usage.
• Google Play Services: Used for core app functionality and updates.

4. Data Storage

Your training sessions, scores, and notes are stored locally on your device using an encrypted database (Room/SQLite). We do not host your specific training data on our servers unless you manually export or share it.

5. Security of Data

The security of your data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

6. Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Children has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "last updated" date.
